Today was psychosynthesis day. Part of the discussion was about looking over the long pattern of my life. The question I had was how to integrate this into my daily practice. It’s OK going to psychosynthesis once a fortnight or so, but you can’t do much if that’s all you’re doing. So apart from sitting and concentration I was suggested a practice of memory and kindness towards my own experience. So how do you turn that into an actual practice. Interesting. Nothing I have to solve right now. Perhaps I should just sit down and experiment. In the meantime I’ll listen to the ZenCast.Org “Introduction to Meditation” recordings.
