Spaghetti Bolognaise
Sauté garlic, salt, pepper, fresh herbs and onions in oil till onions are cooked lightly. Add mince and brown. Add half the wine, mushrooms and Dolmio sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Add parmesan cheese and rest of wine. Cover and simmer for half hour. Remove from heat and let stand for hour or two. When re-heating add a little more wine. Serve on cooked pasta sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
